Job description
I have a batch of scanned PDF documents that contain only text, and I need every word accurately entered into an editable digital format. The source files are clear scans, yet they still require a careful eye to catch any OCR misreads or formatting quirks.
- Receive roughly 200 PDFs (average 2-3 pages each) via shared folder.
- Use your preferred OCR tool to extract the text, then proofread line by line against the original scan.
- Deliver the final content in a single, well-structured Word document (or Google Doc) with page breaks matching the PDFs Accuracy is everything, no missing characters, no extra spaces, no broken paragraphs.
