I have a PDF document that I need converted into an editable Word file for ongoing editing and revision work. The look and feel of the original must stay intact, so every margin, font style, line break, and layout nuance should carry over seamlessly to the .docx version.

While converting, please give special care to:

• Tables and charts – they must remain fully editable, not flattened images.
• Images and graphics – place them exactly where they sit in the PDF and keep their resolution.
• Headings and footers – replicate size, positioning, and any embedded page numbers or logos.

After the conversion, run a thorough spell-check so the document is clean and ready for immediate editing on my end. I typically work in Microsoft Word 365, so compatibility there is essential.

Deliverables: One fully formatted, spell-checked .docx file that mirrors the PDF • Any embedded fonts or assets if they are required for proper display If you rely on tools such as Adobe Acrobat, FineReader, or similar OCR software, that’s fine—as long as the final file opens perfectly in Word without broken styles or misplaced elements.
