About

Workbook Automation Services

I specialise in designing and developing customised Excel workbooks that help businesses automate routine tasks, improve data accuracy, streamline administration and make informed decisions.

My services transform ordinary spreadsheets into practical, user-friendly business management systems tailored to each client's operational needs. From automated data entry and calculations to interactive dashboards, reports and management tools, I develop solutions that reduce manual work, minimise errors and improve productivity.

My services include:

Business Management Systems: Customised workbooks for managing daily business operations, records and workflows.
Stock and Inventory Management: Stock tracking, stock movement registers, reorder alerts, supplier records and inventory reporting.
Financial Management and Reporting: Income and expenditure tracking, invoicing registers, payment monitoring, budgeting and financial dashboards.
Human Resources Management: Employee databases, leave management, attendance registers, staff records and payroll-support tools.
Procurement and Contract Management: Procurement tracking, supplier databases, quotation comparisons, purchase registers, contract monitoring and expiry alerts.
Automated Reporting and Dashboards: Interactive dashboards, performance indicators, summaries, charts and professionally formatted reports.
Data Management and Analysis: Data consolidation, duplicate detection, validation, error identification and analysis of large datasets.
Custom Excel Automation: Automated calculations, dropdown lists, data-entry forms, interactive buttons, VBA macros and streamlined workbook navigation.
Ongoing Support and Improvements: Troubleshooting, maintenance, enhancements and adaptation of existing workbooks as business requirements evolve.

I work with small businesses, entrepreneurs, schools, professional service providers and larger organisations seeking affordable, practical solutions without necessarily investing in expensive specialised software.

Every solution is developed around the client's requirements, budget and existing processes, with emphasis on usability, accuracy, automation and professional presentation.

My goal is simple: to turn Excel into a powerful business management tool that saves time, improves control and helps your business work smarter.

Customised Excel solutions. Smarter workflows. Better business decisions.
